Service Technician (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up on Home Appliance’s repair and testing
• Assist in Managing daily operations of Sub-contractors
• Support Customer Service Officers by answering enquiries on products and maintenance issues

Requirements:

• Form 5 or Above
• Possess of 3 years or above in repairing Home Appliances or relevant Working Experience
• Certificate in Grade A or Grade R Electrical Work or with Electric Welding Experience is preferred
• Familiar with the repair work of Air-Conditioner (Window-type) or Refrigerator
• Able to handle maintenance work independently
• Good Communication skills
• Candidates with less experience is considered as Junior Service Technician
